Key Responsibilities:

Calling Customer Communication.

Data entry, data verification, and data management

Knowledge of CRM software

Handling emails, calls, and correspondence

Coordination with internal teams and clients

Maintaining records, files, invoices, and administrative documents

Assisting with accounting tasks (if required)

Updating customer information and transaction details

Monitoring daily operations and ensuring timely task completion

Supporting office administration and back-office workflow

Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of company information

Understanding customer requirements and doing entry of order.

Language: Gujarati, Hindi & English


Qualifications:

Any Graduate / BBA / B.Com


Required Skills:

Excellent communication & coordination skills

Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Email Handling)

CRM knowledge

Good typing speed and accuracy

Salary:

Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive business growth.


Experience Required:

3-5 years’ experience in Building Materials / Hardware / Construction industry preferred in field (Actual Market)


Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
Generate new leads through field visits, networking & market mapping.
Generate and qualify leads to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and product presentations and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, masons, interior designers & retailers.
